The following are steps that are likely to be followed:
- Contact us to arrange for an appointment for consultation with one of our
landscape designers. (Ph.

- A consultation will provide you with an overview of what Prairie Scapes has to
offer. Our 'Designs for Living' portfolio and design packages are
available. You will need a copy of your real property report.
- After the initial consultation, a design proposal will be prepared for
you. An agreement that may be entered into results in obligations by both
Prairie Scapes and you.
- A questionnaire will be provided during the initial consultation.
Completion of this questionnaire is necessary before we attend your home for a more detailed
interview and site assessment. The assessment involves photos of your
property being taken, site measurements and analysis, and plant inventory.
The meeting with you at this stage of your design will include discussion of
your wish list.
- Your landscape designer will continue to work on your design and develop
two concept designs. These will be presented to you and revised as
necessary.
- When your master plan is completed and meets our high standards - we are
certain it will meet yours. Your design package will be presented to you
at your home.
